[Photographe] « En 2017, j'ai déménagé à Montreuil, aux portes de Paris. J'ai quitté Smedsby, Värmland et la Suède. Une semaine après m'être installé dans mon nouveau quartier, l'éditeur Pierre Bessard m'a contacté et m'a proposé une carte blanche pour la publication d'un livre. 'Fais ce que tu veux. Lorsque tu as terminé, tu me le dis et on imprime » Ma réaction directe et intuitive a été simple. Je photographierais mes premières années dans mon nouvel environnement. Je suis resté très près de chez moi. Je ne suis pas allé à plus de 500 mètres de mon studio. J'ai pris des notes simples. J'ai photographié de ma fenêtre. J'ai photographié dans les rues, les bars et les cafés. Rencontres avec les gens. Atmosphères. Émotions. J'ai utilisé toutes sortes de techniques photographiques : film instantané Fuji, Polaroid, 135 mm, 120 mm, mon téléphone et un appareil photo numérique. J'ai mélangé N/B et couleur.". . 'In 2017 I moved to Montreuil, just outside of Paris. I left Smedsby, Värmland and Sweden. One week after I had installed myself in my new neighbourhood the publisher Pierre Bessard contacted me and proposed me a carte blanche for a book publication. 'Do whatever you want. When you are done you tell me and then we print' My direct and intuitive reaction was simple. I would photograph my first years in my new surroundings. I stayed very close to my home. I did not go more than 500 meters from my studio. I made simple notes. I photographed from my window. I photographed in the streets, bars and cafés. Encounters with people. Atmospheres. Emotions. I used all different types of photographic technics; Fuji instant film, Polaroid, 135 mm, 120 mm, the phone and digital camera. I mixed B/W and colour."
