"Le terrain municipal de street workout du parc de Bercy, dans le 12e arrondissement à Paris rassemble quotidiennement de nombreux sportifs. Parmi eux, Medhy, à l?initiative de divers projets et actions visant à faire du lieu plus qu?un terrain de sport, propose en mai 2020 à Marine Peixoto de venir photographier. Sa pratique prend alors le rythme du terrain, et comme certains font des pompes et des tractions, Marine Peixoto conduit un travail intensif de prises de vues. « Pousser » tous les jours sur le terrain, c?est se sculpter, travailler à une oeuvre. La routine, la répétition des entraînements, le cycle des saisons mettent à l?épreuve sa détermination à « occuper le présent » et la forcent à renouveler sans cesse son point de vue sur une même chose.
